What is the difference between the Appalachian and Rainier collections?

Appalachian installs like composite decking using hidden clips (not waterproof). Rainier is a free-floating system designed to be waterproof when installed over a subfloor.

Do the stones heat up in the sun?

All materials warm up, but Tanzite typically heats more slowly and doesn’t reach the same temperatures as similar-colour composites. Choose lighter colours for the coolest surface.

What warranty does Tanzite offer?

Tanzite advertises a limited lifetime warranty for its stone decking. Installation defects (e.g., lippage) are excluded—see the warranty page for details.

Where do orders ship from and how long does shipping take?

US and Canadian orders ship from Indianapolis, Indiana (typical delivery 1–6 days depending on location). European orders ship from Spain (about 3–7 days).
