The deposit is 50% of the grand total of the final order, after accounting for the 15% End-of-Season sale, shipping, and any applicable taxes.

Your 50% deposit does both! It reserves your selected materials and locks in the 2026 pricing, including the 15% discount, for six months from the date your deposit is placed.
Yes, placing a deposit on out-of-stock material acts as a pre-order, reserving it for you as soon as it is back in stock.
The remaining balance is due prior to the materials being packaged for shipment to you.
If your project is delayed beyond six months from the day you placed your deposit, contact your sales representative to discuss extension options.
Changes to your selected products, colors or quantities may affect pricing and material availability. The original sale pricing is not guaranteed for all changes, but we will do our best to honor it for any reasonable changes.
Yes. The 50% deposit is entirely refundable up until the balance of the invoice is paid and the order is packaged for shipping or until six months after the deposit has been placed, whichever is sooner. Beyond that, it will be subject to Tanzite's applicable cancellation and refund policies; contact your sales representative for more detail.
